Two angels live in El Dorado Hill, California - Ed and Cindy Minghelli. They have built a wonderful cat sanctuary where they house a hundred plus cats. They are dedicated to finding good homes for their "adoptable" guests, and provide a loving safe home for all their residents. This organization works closely with the various El Dorado County shelters and helps support and find homes for animals in need. My wonderful pet groomer serves on the board of this organization and she personally fostered and successfully found homes for ___ dogs during 2009.
